Francis Kimemia

Francis Kimemia is a Kenyan politician, the current Head of Civil Service and Secretary to the Cabinet of Kenya.^[1] He took over from Francis Muthaura in 2012.^{[citation needed]}

He previously served as Permanent Secretary, Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security of Kenya. Kimemia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Public Administration and a Master of Business Administration.^[2]
