Francesca Segarelli (born 5 September 1990 in Rome, Italy[1]) is a Dominican tennis player.

Segarelli has won five doubles titles on the ITF tour in her career. On 27 January 2014, she reached her best singles ranking of world number 577. On 3 February 2014, she peaked at world number 454 in the doubles rankings.

Since her debut for the Dominican Republic Fed Cup team in 2005, Segarelli has a win–loss record of 18–12 in international competition.[2]
