Frączkowo [frɔnt͡ʂˈkɔvɔ] (German Fritzendorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Barciany, within Kętrzyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north-west of Barciany, 23 km (14 mi) north of Kętrzyn, and 76 km (47 mi) north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
