Frías is a municipality located in the province of Burgos, Castile and León, Spain. According to the 2004 census (INE), the municipality has a population of 314 inhabitants.
Frías is an old medieval town, placed over a hill. Is “Conjunto Histórico Artístico” or Historic-artistic grouping. The village is now a popular tourist spot. It has an impressive castle over a rock.

- Frias Castle (12th-15th century).

- The medieval bridge. Near the town, crossing the Ebro river, a medieval bridge, with a defence tower that dates from the 14th century.
