Fort Zeelandia may refer to one of four forts, three built by the Dutch and the other renamed by them:
- Fort Zeelandia (Taiwan) (the island was then called Formosa)
- Fort Zeelandia (Paramaribo), in Suriname, originally built by the English and called Fort Willoughby
- Fort Zeelandia (Guyana)
- Fort Zeelandia (Benin)
