Arvid Folke Alnevik (born 31 December 1919) is a Swedish athlete who competed mainly in the 400 metres. He was born in Arbrå.
He competed for Sweden in the 1948 Summer Olympics held in London, Great Britain in the 4 x 400 metre relay where he won the Bronze medal with his team mates Kurt Lundquist, Lars Wolfbrandt and Rune Larsson.
