Flute Sonata (Prokofiev)

The Flute Sonata in D, Op. 94, was written in 1942-3 by Sergei Prokofiev. It was later transcribed for violin, by the composer with the help of violinist David Oistrakh, as Op. 94a. There are four movements:
- I. Moderato
- II. Scherzo: Presto
- III. Andante
- IV. Allegro con brio
