Fleur-de-Lys is a small community that forms part of Birkirkara and is also suburb of St. Venera and Ħal Qormi. It lies approximately 5 kilometers away from the capital, Valletta. In this community it is estimated that 2,000 people live here and one finds plenty of small shops together with a small parish church and a BOV bank . Although the space area of this community is very small, one still finds major artery to the local traffic system which is Fleur-De-Lys Road and the famous Wignacourt Aqueduct.
