The flat-headed shrew (Crocidura planiceps) is a species of mammal in the Soricidae family. It is found in Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Sudan, and Uganda. The Flat-headed shrew is listed as Data Deficient (DD), inadequate information to make a direct, or indirect, assessment of its risk of extinction, on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species.
