Fioralba Dizdari is an Albanian model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe Albania 2013.[1]
Early life
She won the best model of Albania in 2004. Dizdari is a fashion model and also studied at Zonja e Keshillit te Mire.

Miss Albania 2013
Dizdari was crowned as the 1 runner-up at the Miss Universe Albania 2013, but fortunately Fadil Berisha as the president of Miss Universe Albania Organization take her as the new representative in 2013. Due to political issues between Kosovo and Russia, Albania is being supporter to Kosovo and withdraw instead in 2013, she will return in 2014. [2]
Designations
Dizdari was crowned as the new Miss Universe Albania 2013 because Kristina Bakiu, the official winner has been fired due to age issues. Fioralba will represent Albania probably in 2014 session.
