Filipinos in Honduras consist of migrants from the Philippines and their descendants. According to the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), there are currently around 220 Filipinos living and working in Honduras, with most of them working in the garment or textile factories.[1]
Following the 2009 Honduran coup d'état, the Philippine government have been checking the conditions and safety of the Filipino nationals in the country.
