Ferizli is a town and district of Sakarya Province in the Marmara region of Turkey. According to a 2007 census, it has a population of 24,157 of which 13,191 reside in the town center while the remaining population is dispersed in the nearby villages. The mayor is Ahmet Soğuk (AKP).
