Ferdinand Alfred Sinaga is an Indonesian footballer who currently plays for Persib Bandung in the Indonesia Super League.

Career

Early in 2003, Sinaga joined the youth setup of Persib Bandung but failed to make a single appearance at that time. He was spotted by Persibat Batang, who signed him in early 2007. Sinaga's spell however didn't last long. He then moved to Persikab Bandung where he scored 1 goal in 7 appearances. Prior to 2009 he was loaned out to Pelita Jaya but failed to become a first team regular, only playing two games at that time. Sinaga's breakthrough came when he moved to Persiwa Wamena where he developed a reputation as a goalscorer.[citation needed] The in-form Sinaga was then signed by Semen Padang.

He returned to Persib Bandung and signed a two-year contract on 23 November 2013.[1]

International career

In 2009, Ferdinand represented the Indonesia national under-23 football team in the Sea Games 2009, and won his first cap for Indonesia in a friendly match against Jordan on August 27, 2011, where he played as a substitute.[2]
