Federico Melchiorri (born January 6, 1987 in Treia) is an Italian professional football player .

Biography

Melchiorri joined A.C. Siena in January 2006, at first on loan. After five months in the youth team, Siena boght him from the Serie D club. He made his Serie A debut on 20 December 2006 in a game against Empoli F.C. when he came on as a last-minute substitute for Cristian Molinaro.

Melchiorri was sold to Sambenedettese in co-ownership deal in 2007.

In 2009 Siena sold the remain 50% rights to Sambenedettese.

In 2010, after a long stop of 7 months for a serious physical problem, he starts to play in the " Seconda Categoria".

In 2011-2012 Melchiorri was sold to Tolentino cat. "Eccellenza" and he scored 30 goals in 54 matches. In 2012-2013 Melchiorri was sold to Maceratese Serie D and he scored 22 goals in 30 matches.

In the summer 2013 Melchiorri started to play with Calcio Padova. He scored his first goal with Padova, in advance of the eight day of Serie B, against A.S. Varese.
