Fairmont Dubai is a 34-storey, 153 m (502 ft) skyscraper hotel completed in 2002 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The hotel is managed by the Fairmont Hotels and Resorts brand.

This hotel is directly linked to the Dubai World Trade Centre (the Dubai International Convention Centre), as well as to the metro system. The building has been modeled after an Arabic wind tower, known as Barajeel,[4] and it has become one of the most representative buildings of Sheikh Zayed Road. The hotel has 394 guestrooms, including 128 suites and penthouses.

Restaurants

Fairmont Dubai offers a wide range of dining and entertainment venues as well as of food.

  • Spectrum on One: six international cuisines, Private Dining Rooms and open kitchens.[5] Spectrum Dubai is famous for its Friday Brunch.
  • The Exchange Grill: it's been recognized by TimeOut Dubai as the city's best steakhouse.[6]
  • Bridges Sports Bar: located on the ground floor, this bar offers multiple plasma TV, live sports events and pub food.
  • Cascades: where breakfast and lunch is served.
  • Café Sushi: hand made sushi and sashimi.
  • Dokuz: outdoor rooftop lounge offering Turkish inspired cuisine, shisha, Barbecue Wednesday nights, creative mixology and views of Sheikh Zayed Road and Shisha.
  • Pronto: lunch menus, daily baked pastries and freshly brewed[citation needed] coffee.
  • Cavalli Club: Club, Restaurant and Lounge is one of the most popular clubs in Dubai.[citation needed]
  • Cirque Le Soir: is an innovative new concept onto Dubai's nightlife entertainment scene.
  • Sol Juice Bar: features an extensive menu of fresh seasonal fruit juices and smoothies.

Fairmont Dubai has launched several very innovative dining experiences, such as Noire, the Dining in the dark restaurant [7] or Dupper, a Thursday night party.[8]
