Fabio

Fabio [ˈfaːbjo] is a given name descended from Latin Fabius and very popular in Italy and Brazil (due to Italian migration). Fabianus originates from Fabius and it is equivalent to the English Fabian.
The name is written without an accent in Italian and Spanish, but is usually accented in Portuguese as Fábio. There are few exceptions to this, such as in the case of the Brazilian singer Fabio Góes.[1] The presence or absence of the written accent affects pronunciation.
