FC Zenit-2 (Russian: ФК «Зенит-2») was a Russian football club from Saint Petersburg founded in 2001. It played in the Russian Second Division from 2001 to 2008, their best result was 6th place in 2005. It played as FC Lokomotiv-Zenit-2 in 2001. It was founded as the farm club of FC Zenit, but became independent beginning in 2005. In 2009, its place in the Russian Second Division was taken over by FC Smena-Zenit.
In 1993 and 1998-2000 FC Zenit's reserve squad played in the Russian Second Division as FC Zenit-2.
