The Eye-ringed Tody-Tyrant (Hemitriccus orbitatus) is a species of bird in the Tyrannidae family. It is endemic to Brazil.
Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. It is becoming rare due to habitat loss.
