Evgenia Armanovna Medvedeva (Russian: Евгения Армановна Медведева; born 19 November 1999) is a Russian figure skater. She is the 2013 Junior Grand Prix Final bronze medalist.[1]

Career

Evgenia Medvedeva is coached by Eteri Tutberidze at the Olympic Reserve Sports School no. 37 since 2008.

Medvedeva competed on the senior level at the 2012 Russian Championships finishing eighth and at the 2012 Russian Junior Championships where she finished sixth. Medvedeva sustained an injury at the start of the following season and did not qualify for the senior Russian Nationals. She finished fourth at the 2013 Russian Junior Championships behind Maria Sotskova.

Medvedeva made her international debut in the 2013–14 season. Competing on the ISU Junior Grand Prix series, she won gold first in Riga, Latvia, and then in Gdańsk, Poland.[1] She qualified to the JGP Final in Fukuoka, Japan and won the bronze medal behind teammate Serafima Sakhanovich. At the Russian Championships, Medvedeva finished seventh in her second senior appearance and then placed fourth on the junior level.
