evershift was founded in April 2011 by Klaus Lovgreen with the objective of direct investments into music[1] and private companies in the technology or media space.[2] The company has its registered office in Hong Kong.

The company is directly or indirectly invested into the a series of private companies, including but not limited to:
APSU, Everbread, GRIDiant, Hello Messenger, Malaysia.com, Oxis Energy, The Royalty Exchange, Tradeshift and Wordy.

Music Rights

Acquires parts of or all of the performance or mechanical royalty rights of songwriters and/or artists and thereby secure a steady income as the music is repeatedly played.

Examples of music the company has acquired are several songs written by Preston Glass including classics like "Miss You Like Crazy", "Who's Zoomin' Who?" and "We Don't Have to Take Our Clothes Off".[3]
