History

After incorporation in 2009, Everbread's core air fare shopping technology, Haystack, was released in early 2010.[2] The company received increased media attention during the ten-month antitrust review of Google's ultimately approved acquisition of ITA Software [3][4] but has since ceased all operations and halted updating of its Haystack software following the bankruptcy of its operating arms.

Prior to the bankruptcy of its operating arms, Everbread worked with passenger host system Radixx and technology player Ypsilon.Net.[5] Former Everbread customers included AERTiCKET, Cheapflights[6] and Australian online travel agency Jetabroad.[7]
