Evelyn Bly

Evelyn Bly held the title of Miss Alaska USA in 1960^[1] and competed at the Miss USA pageant in Miami, Florida.^[2] Evelyn was attending the University of Alaska Fairbanks when she competed for the Miss Alaska USA title.
