Evan Oliphant (born 8 January 1982) is a Scottish bike rider from Wick in Caithness,[1] riding for Team Raleigh,[2] having spent the previous three seasons with Endura Racing.

Oliphant represented Scotland on the track and in the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne on the road.
