Evan Davies was a Welsh rugby union and professional rugby league footballer of the 1910s and '20s, playing club level rugby union (RU) for Llanelli RFC, and playing representative level rugby league (RL) for Great Britain, and Wales, and at club level for Oldham, as a Centre, i.e. number 3 or 4.

Evan Davies won caps for Wales (RL) while at Oldham 1912…1923 3-caps, and won caps for Great Britain (RL) while at Oldham in 1920 against New Zealand (3 matches).[1]

Rugby Football League Championship final appearances

Evan Davies played Centre, i.e. number 4 in Oldham's 2–13 defeat to Wigan in the 1921–22 Rugby Football League Championship final at The Cliff, Broughton on Saturday 6 May 1922.[2]
