Evan Cooper (born June 28, 1962 in Miami, Florida) is a former professional American football safety for six seasons in the National Football League for the Philadelphia Eagles and the Atlanta Falcons. He graduated from Miami Killian Senior High School. Cooper played college football at the University of Michigan and was drafted in the fourth round of the 1984 NFL Draft by the Eagles.
