Eurydice of Argos

In Greek Mythology, Eurydice was wife to Acrisius, king of Argos, mother of Danaƫ and therefore maternal grandmother to Perseus. She was said to have been a daughter to Lacedaemon and Sparta, the legendary founders of Sparta.
