Euromonitor International Ltd is a privately owned, London-based market intelligence firm, providing market research, business intelligence reports, and data to industry. The firm was founded in 1972.[1] Euromonitor's website states the firm currently employs more than 1,000 analysts and consultants globally, who source market information in 80 countries, producing consumer industry market reports, reference books, company profiles, current market data, and market forecasts.[1]

Euromonitor's research and consulting unit offers competitor intelligence, market and trends analysis, mergers and acquisitions research, and statistical data analysis and modelling in a range of industries ranging from consumer goods to travel services.[2][3][4] Information is compiled from a variety of sources including national statistical offices, private industry, trade associations and Euromonitor's own primary research.[5]
