Eugène Étienne

Eugène Étienne (15 December 1844 - 13 May 1921) was a French politician.
Étienne was born in Oran, Algeria. He was a Member of the Chamber of Deputies from 1881 to 1919 and a Senator from 1920 to 1921.[1]
