Ethel Grey Terry (October 2, 1882 – January 6, 1931) was an American actress of the silent era. She appeared in 52 films between 1914 and 1928, sometimes as a movie's leading lady but often in supporting roles during the same years. She was married to actor Carl Gerard.
She was the daughter of Lillian Lawrence, a famous stage actress.
She was born in Oakland, California and died in Hollywood, California.
