Ernie Wyre Nevel (August 17, 1918 – July 10, 1988), was a Major League Baseball pitcher who played in 1950 and 1951 with the New York Yankees and in 1953 with the Cincinnati Redlegs. He batted and threw right-handed. Nevel had a 0–1 record, with a 6.10 ERA, in 14 games, in his three-year career.
He was born in Charleston, Missouri, and died in Springfield, Missouri.
