Erik Pfannmöller (born 1985) is a German slalom canoer who competed in the 2000s. He won a gold medal in the K-1 team event at the 2007 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships in Foz do Iguaçu.

He won the overall World Cup title in K-1 in 2006 and 2008. He also won five medals at the European Championships (3 silvers and 2 bronzes).
