Erica Diamond (born April 7, 1975) is a Canadian blogger, women's success and lifestyle coach, entrepreneur, author, speaker and television personality. She is the Founder and Editor-In-Chief of WomenOnTheFence.com an award-winning blog known for posts covering women, interviews and an arena referred to as the mom blog[1] and is syndicated to over two million monthly readers. Diamond is the founder of the inspirational global Get Off The Fence Movement, started in April 2013. Diamond is also a Parenting Correspondent on Global TV and a published author, releasing 99 Things Women Wish They Knew Before Starting Their Own Business.[2]

Diamond, named one of 'The Top 20 Women In Canada' in 2010, is also known for her presence on Twitter, being named by Forbes as a 'Top 100 Sites For Women' and by Forbes one of the '25 Most Influential Women Tweeting About Entrepreneurship.'.[3] Erica Diamond is also a contributor to The Huffington Post.
