The Eric Shirley Shield is a second tier domestic Rugby union league in Kenya. In recent years the competition has been split into two pools of eight, due to the increase in the number of teams entered. Pool A consists of teams from the east of Kenya, mainly from Nairobi these are:[1]

- KCB II
- Nondescripts II
- Harlequins II
- Nakuru II
- Impala II
- Mwamba II
Pool B consist of teams form the west of Kenya, these are:
There was a major upset in 1982 when Lenana School won the shield.[2]
