Eric Fernando Botteghin (born 31 August 1987) is a Brazilian professional footballer who currently plays for FC Groningen in the Dutch Eredivisie. Botteghin plays as a central defender and holds dual Brazilian-Italian nationality.
Career
He moved in January 2007 from Grêmio Barueri Futebol to FC Zwolle in the Netherlands.[1] In 2011, he joined NAC Breda. After two seasons he made a transfer to FC Groningen.[2]
