Eric Baier (born March 26, 1988) is an American professional ice hockey defenceman. He is currently playing for the Orlando Solar Bears of the ECHL. He is a team-mate of older brother, Paul Baier.

On March 6, 2011, the Reading Royals of the ECHL signed Baier to an to amateur tryout agreement.[1] During the 2012–13 season, whilst playing 56 games in the ECHL with the Trenton Titans, Baier was also loaned on three occasions to three separate team in the American Hockey League. He scored he first AHL goal whilst with the Charlotte Checkers.

On July 29, 2013, he was signed to a one-year deal, alongside his brother Paul, as a free agent with the Orlando Solar Bears.[2]
