Epiblema foenella is a moth of the Tortricidae family. It is found in most of Europe.
The wingspan is 17–26 mm. The moth flies from May to August depending on the location.
The larvae feed on the roots and lower stem of Artemisia vulgaris, commonly known as mugwort or common wormwood.
