Enrico Gamba

Enrico Gamba (January 3, 1831 - October 19, 1883) was an Italian painter.
Biography
Born in Turin, he studied and later taught at the Accademia Albertina of Fine Arts in Turin, as well as Stadelsches Kunstinstitut in Frankfurt. He moved about Europe working as a painter and as an engraver. Enrico is sometimes confused with Francesco Gamba, his elder brother. One of his pupils at Turin was Canuto Borelli.
