Emil Gabriel Jula (born 3 January 1980) is a Romanian footballer who plays as a striker for Liga I club Ceahlăul Piatra Neamț.

Career

Universitatea Cluj

Jula began playing in his childhood at U Cluj. He made his Liga I debut on 1998–99 against FC Naţional. However, the next season the team relegated and spend more seasons in Liga II. In 2006 Jula, was transferred to Oţelul Galaţi, where he played two seasons with them in the Romanian Premier League.

Oţelul Galaţi

He was the top goal-scorer for Oţelul Galaţi in 2006–07, helping his team obtaining the qualification for the Intertoto Cup. During 2007–08, he had finished second place in the Liga I's top-scorers ranking.

Energie Cottbus

In 29 May 2008 he signed a three-year contract with the Bundesliga side Energie Cottbus.

MSV Duisburg

In summer 2011, Jula continued his career with MSV Duisburg.

VfL Osnabrück

In January 2013, he joined VfL Osnabrück. He scored two goals during a match against Hansa Rostock, which ended 3-2 for Osnabrück.[1]
