Elmisaurinae is a subfamily of bird-like Oviraptorosaurs either in Caenagnathidae or Oviraptoridae. Being more derived than groups like Caudipteridae, Elmisaurines are quite primitive compared to Oviraptorinae, a group of possibly closely related dinosaurs.[1]
