Elizabeth Clare Simmonds (born 22 January 1991 in Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire, England) is a British backstroke swimmer.
Simmonds represented Great Britain at the 2008 Summer Olympics in the 100 m and 200 m backstroke swimming events.
She went to school in Lincoln and attended Vulcans Swimming Club, later spending time at Loughborough University.
