Elizabeth ("Liz") May (born July 27, 1983 in Luxembourg) is a female athlete from Luxembourg, who competes in triathlon. May is the reiging Aquathlon World Champion and is a former European Championship silver medalist. May competed at the second Olympic triathlon at the 2004 Summer Olympics. She took seventeenth place with a total time of 2:08:29.22.
Of Danish descent, May was educated at the European School in Luxembourg City.
