Elitzur Neve David Ramla (Hebrew: אליצור נווה-דוד רמלה) is a basketball club based in Ramla in Israel. The club plays in Liga Leumit, the second division of Israeli basketball. in 1987/88, 1988/98 the team was playing in the top division Ligat Ha'al.
