Elite Residence is a supertall skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in the Dubai Marina district, overlooking one of the man made palm island, Palm Jumeirah. The building stands 380.5 metres (1,248 ft) tall and has 87 floors.[3] Of the 91 floors 76 are for 695 apartments and the other 15 include amenities such as swimming pools, spas, reception areas, health clubs, a business center and a gymnasium.[4] The skyscraper has 695 apartments, and 12 elevators[2] Construction was completed in 2012.[5] The tower is the third tallest residential building in the world. The handing over commenced from January, 2012.[6]

Facilities

Two banks of high speed lifts serve the 89 residential floors. Leisure facilities for all residents are found on the fifth and sixth floors.

Indoor facilities include: male and female change rooms with locker areas, showers, bathrooms, Jacuzzis, sauna, steam room and two swimming pools. The gymnasium is well equipped with extensive Life Fitness cardio and weight training gear.

In the adjacent games room family and friends can use the pool table, air hockey, table tennis & foos ball games. Outside is a small children’s play area with extensive play equipment, a grassed terrace, and communal BBQ area and outdoor seating, all opening directly on to the pool deck.

788 car parking spaces are located on levels Basement 1-4 and upper levels 1 - 4. [7]

Utilities

Electricity

All units in Elite Residence are individually metered for electricity & water consumption by DEWA. Accounts are established privately between the occupier and DEWA, and consumption billed directly to the unit occupant.

Unit Owners contribute to the cost of all water and electricity used by the common areas of the building through their service charge contributions.

The occupant of each unit - whether a tenant or Owner, is fully responsible for their individual DEWA bills. Occupants will set up their own private account when moving in. Your agent or Building Management can assist in the process for a small fee.

Chilled Water

Chilled water is provided by a chiller plant located within the building and so Elite residents do not rely on supply from Palm District Cooling or Empower. This chiller provides chilled water to all the common areas in the building and to each of the individual apartments.

Neither the common areas of the building nor the individual apartments are metered for measurement of individual consumption by users so all cooling costs for the apartments and the common areas are combined into one communal bill payable by the Owners Association. This cost is included in the service charges payable by each unit owner, in accordance with the unit entitlements of that unit.

As chilled water is paid by the Owners through their service charges.
