Eleven Madison Park is a Contemporary American restaurant located at 11 Madison Avenue (at East 24th Street) in the Flatiron District in New York City. It ranked #5 in the S.Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants in 2013.[3] It is owned by Chef Daniel Humm and Will Guidara. Chef Daniel was awarded with the James Beard Award for Outstanding Chef.

The Eleven Madison Park Cookbook was published in 2011 and Chef Daniel and Will released their second cookbook, I Love New York: Ingredients and Recipes, in 2012.

Chef Daniel and Will also own and operate the NoMad restaurant in the NoMad Hotel which opened in 2012. Both restaurants are under the Made Nice group.

History

The restaurant is located in a landmark art deco building, known as the Metropolitan Life North Building, with soaring 35-foot ceilings and a view of Madison Square Park. The restaurant originally opened in 1998 and was owned by renowned restaurateur Danny Meyer. In 2006, Chef Daniel and Will began working at Eleven Madison Park and in 2011 they purchased it from Danny Meyer.[4]

Menu

The restaurant offers guests one multi-course tasting menu inspired by the agricultural bounty of New York and its culinary traditions. Dinner is served nightly and lunch is served Thursday through Saturday.[5]
