Eleuterio Fernandez Huidobro (born March 14, 1942 in Montevideo) is a Uruguayan politician. He's popular called "El Ñato", he's a politician, journalist, and writer of Uruguay.

A former member of the MLN-T, he was in prison during the military dictatorship (1973-1985).

He is the current Minister of Defence.[1]
