Elattoneura nigra is a species of damselfly in the family Protoneuridae. It is found in Cameroon, Central African Republic, Ivory Coast, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Togo, and Uganda. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and rivers.
