Elattoneura leucostigma is a species of damselfly in family Protoneuridae. It is endemic to Sri Lanka. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests and rivers. The species has not been scientifically documented since its description in 1933 and may already be extinct.[1]
