Elachista disemiella is a moth of the Elachistidae family. It is found in France, on the Iberian Peninsula and in Italy and Hungary.
The larvae feed on Ampelodesmos mauritanicus and Deschampsia cespitosa. They mine the leaves of their host plant.[2]
