El-B (born Lewis Beadle) is a British producer and DJ. He is commonly seen as one of the pioneers of the dubstep genre.[2][3] He was initially one half of the duo known as Groove Chronicles but left in 1999 to pursue a solo career. He runs the Ghost Recordings label and is also part of the duo El-Tuff.[1] He has been relatively inactive since 2004, but played a comeback set at The End in London in June 2006.[2]
