Edwin Orlando Mosquera Roa (born July 26, 1985 in El Carmen de Atrato, Chocó) is a male weightlifter from Colombia. He won a silver medal at the 2007 Pan American Games for his native South American country. Mosquera represented Colombia at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, PR China.
